Participating Employers Commitment
Commitment of Participating Organizations
We confirm our participation in the “India’s Best Companies Bring Women Back to Work” – 2024 Study, conducted in India by the BW-Square Foundation, India (BW-Square Foundation). Our organization commits to adhering to the following terms and conditions:
1. Information Accuracy
We affirm that all the information we provide for this Study is accurate and complete to the best of our knowledge. We have followed the process prescribed by the BW-Square Foundation, India, and have thoroughly reviewed and understood the study brochure.
2. Process Commitment and Administrative Fee
By accepting this Commitment, our organization agrees to complete the process outlined in Clause 9 below. Should we withdraw from the Study after beginning the process, an administrative fee of INR 50,000 will be payable to the BW-Square Foundation, India.
3. Participation and Qualification Rights
The BW-Square Foundation, India, reserves the exclusive right to determine which companies qualify for the Study and for inclusion in the list of best workplaces. The Foundation’s decision will be final.
4. Intellectual Property
We acknowledge that all materials, methods, techniques, and apparatus used in the “India’s Best Companies Bring Women Back to Work” – 2024 Study are the intellectual property of the BW-Square Foundation. This includes copyrightable material registered with the Library of Congress and other valuable proprietary information. Any internal or external use of this proprietary information requires written consent from the BW-Square Foundation, India.
5. Liability Waiver
The BW-Square Foundation, India, along with its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and related entities, as well as former and present officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, stockholders, lenders, and servants, are released from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from or related to the Project, except as outlined herein.
6. Trademark Usage
The phrases “Bring Women Back to Work®,” the associated logo, and the BW-Square Foundation, India logo are copyrighted material. These can only be used with written consent from the BW-Square Foundation, India.
7. Survey Administration for Paper-Based Methods
For participant organizations using paper-based survey methods, the BW-Square Foundation, India, reserves the right to access contact details of all individual employees who participate in the survey.
8. Standard Process for the Study
Our organization commits to following these steps as prescribed by the BW-Square Foundation, India:
- Data Destruction: Employee details and paper questionnaires, if provided, will be destroyed within six months of receipt. No details will be available after this period.
- Acceptance: Accepting this Participant Commitment from BW-Square Foundation, India.
- Employee List: Providing a complete list of employees for random sample selection for survey administration. This list must include all employees unless exceptions are approved by the BW-Square Foundation, India.
- Point of Contact: Nominating a single point of contact within the organization for survey administration coordination with BW-Square Foundation, India.
- Feedback Reports: Participating organizations may opt to receive feedback and insights from the assessment process through comprehensive reports, subject to standard fees. Complimentary reports are not provided.
- CEO/GM/MD Communication: Sending a standard communication from the CEO, provided by BW-Square Foundation, India, to inform selected employees of their participation in the survey. No modifications to this communication are allowed without written approval.
- Culture Audit Submission: Submitting completed Culture Audit© documents within the timeframe specified by BW-Square Foundation, India.
- Process Compliance: Adhering to the outlined standard process. Violations may result in disqualification from the Study, with notice to the CEO, and the Foundation’s decision will be final.
- Survey Administration: Administering the survey only to employees selected by BW-Square Foundation, India.
9. Confidentiality and Data Use
- Data Protection: The BW-Square Foundation, India, will securely manage company information provided and will not sell or trade it to third parties.
- Positive Recognition: We understand that BW-Square Foundation, India, may recognize participating companies in various categories and publish lists and reports showcasing best practices based on company submissions, provided that we agree to such recognition. Only positive aspects of participating companies will be publicized.
- Authorized Partners: Company data or contact information will only be shared with authorized media and research partners who have pre-agreed written arrangements with BW-Square Foundation, India, for developing and publishing best workplace lists.
- External Use of Data: Any external use of company data will require prior approval from participating companies. Survey scores will not be released in their entirety without company permission, and only if it provides positive recognition.
- Survey Verification: BW-Square Foundation, India reserves the right to contact employees who respond to the survey to verify the authenticity and accuracy of their responses.
