Eligibility Requirements
- Workforce Diversity: Women must constitute at least 10% of the workforce.
- Positive Feedback: At least 75% of female employees must provide positive feedback on the BW-Square Gender Parity™ assessment.
Eligible organizations are further evaluated on the workplace experiences of women, gender parity in experience, and representation across various levels and industries.
