Control Over Information
Once users provide information to employers, BW-SQUARE has no control over its use or disclosure. BW-SQUARE may limit the ability to apply to job listings or use other BW-SQUARE services at its discretion.
Expiration of Job Ads
BW-SQUARE is not responsible for expired job ads or delivering applications after a job ad has expired.

BW-SQUARE is not liable for loss of data due to uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to unauthorized tampering, distributed denial of service attacks, or other acts of God.
Response to Resumes
BW-SQUARE does not guarantee a satisfactory response or any response at all to resumes posted on the site. BW-SQUARE reserves the right to edit or delete any resume or information submitted by users.

Users must pay BW-SQUARE’s fees as specified, including applicable taxes. Payments are generally in advance and non-refundable. Any delayed payments incur interest at 18% per annum from the due date.

BW-SQUARE’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the user. BW-SQUARE is not liable for any damages or losses incurred in connection with the use of the site.

BW-SQUARE will strive to honor its commitments but does not guarantee specific results.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement and any related disputes are governed by the laws of India. All legal proceedings must be filed exclusively in the courts of Chennai.
