At Bring Women Back to Work, our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) Advocacy Committee plays a pivotal role in advancing our mission to create inclusive workplaces and empower women professionals. Composed of dedicated individuals from diverse backgrounds and expertise, our committee is committed to advocating for systemic change and promoting a culture of diversity and equity within organizations.

Committee Objectives

Policy Advocacy

  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research to identify gaps and opportunities in DEIB policies across industries.
  • Policy Recommendations: Develop and advocate for policies that promote gender equality, inclusivity, and fair treatment in the workplace.
  • Legislative Engagement: Engage with policymakers and stakeholders to influence legislative actions that support our DEIB goals.

Education and Awareness

  • Training Programs: Develop and deliver DEIB training programs for corporate leaders, HR professionals, and employees to enhance awareness and understanding.
  • Workshops and Seminars: Organize workshops, seminars, and webinars on topics related to unconscious bias, inclusive leadership, and cultural competence.
  • Educational Resources: Create and distribute resources such as toolkits, guides, and articles to support ongoing learning and development in DEIB.
